Eudlo Placemaking - Rosebed Street Streetscape Project

Council is proposing to deliver streetscape improvements in Rosebed Street as part of its Streetscape Capital Works Program. The project team are seeking ideas and feedback from the community to develop recommendations for the design of the street, and priorities for its improvement.

Purpose

Council is seeking the Eudlo community’s ideas to help develop a concept plan for Rosebed Street that will be presented for community feedback in February 2020. Council has committed $50,000 this financial year (2020/21) for planning and design work and $200,000 next financial year (2021/22) for construction of the streetscape in Eudlo, subject to future capital works budget approval.

Community engagement

How can you get involved and have your say?

  • Come along to the sausage sizzle and tree giveaway at the park, opposite Eudlo Train Station on Saturday 21 November, between 8-11am.
  • Complete the online survey here from Friday, 6 November to Friday, 27 November.

Where to from here

The ideas and feedback received in this first stage of engagement will be used to develop a streetscape concept plan, which the community will be able to provide feedback on. The next stages of engagement are:

  • Stage 2 Engagement, Have we got it right? February 2021. You will be invited to provide feedback on the proposed Concept Plan.
  • Stage 3 Engagement, Presenting the Plan, March 2021. The final plan will be made available to the community for information.
