As part of the review, a draft concept masterplan has been prepared. The draft concept masterplan aims to take into consideration places for reflection, memorial and respite for communities as well as new public open space.

Community members were asked to view the draft concept design and provide feedback by completing the online survey by 5pm 4 December 2023.

Community ideas and input provided through this engagement will help Council finalise the concept design inform the master planning process for the Kulangoor cemetery. The feedback will also help Council to understand the communities needs when considering the final place of rest for loved ones.
